A 17-year-old entrepreneur from London has revealed how he built up a business selling designer clothes and trainers to the world’s most famous footballers.

Sam Morgan has receipts from more than 300 elite players including Paul Pogba, Kevin De Bruyne and Mesut Ozil, as well as a host of England stars.

The teenager operates as a personal shopper through his Instagram page, which has soared to have more than 66,000 followers.

He has met a host of Premier League stars through online game Fortnite - including Harry Kane, Sergio Aguero and Jordan Pickford - with many subsequently becoming clients.

Personal shopper: Sam Morgan sources rare or sold-out designer garments for football's elite players (BBC)

Sam tells the BBC’s Premier League Show: “I enjoy hustling and getting that sale and literally just personal shopping. I have a broadcast list on Whatsapp and every player’s on there

“It just snowballs from one player to another player to another player. As long as you’re providing a good service, that’s it.”

The Arsenal fan uses a series of contacts he has made at designer brands in order to source rare, limited or sold-out garments. He then personally delivers to the player, usually travelling by Uber.

He developed his taste for fashion at the age of 13 when he began buying and selling pieces for his personal wardrobe.

But his breakthrough came when he reached out to Arsenal youngster Cohen Bramall over Instagram. They met four days later and Bramall bought a pair of Yeezy trainers.

He was then put in contact with other Arsenal youth players, before Spurs youngster Kyle Walker Peters gave him an in-road to the entire Tottenham side too.

“From Kyle, I got multiple Spurs players like Heung Min-son, Harry Winks and ultimately Dele Alli,” Sam says in the programme which airs on Thursday night. “Through Dele Alli I’ve been introduced to multiple England people,” he adds.

He said a highlight was when France’s Paul Pogba called him on Facetime two days before the World Cup final, using Benjamin Mendy’s phone.

“He was just saying ‘are you the plug’? and I was like yeah. He said ‘you’re the one Benj has been telling me about. I’ve been trying to connect with you for a long time’.

“I was sitting there thinking, I’m the one who should be trying to connect with you, not you connect to me.”

He added: “Two days after the World Cup final I got the Eurostar to Paris. I got the train straight to the team hotel… I just rocked up there and delivered everything to Paul and chilled.”

He also revealed he had told Pogba his superstition that players who buy from him always score at the weekend, with the Manchester United midfielder agreeing to pay him on the day of the final to see if it worked.

Pogba went on to score the third goal as France defeated Croatia 4-2 in Moscow.

Sam also revealed his joy at seeing Mesut Ozil pictured signing his new Arsenal contract wearing the cap that he had sold to him.

In a previous interview with the Bleacher Report, the teenager revealed he keeps his stock at a secret London warehouse.

He is studying economics, psychology and maths A-Levels and has admitted in the past that his teachers can get frustrated with him being on his phone in lessons.

The teenager will be on The Premier League Show on Thursday from 10pm on BBC2.
