Bath Rugby is seeking applications for two full-time Physiotherapists to join the Medical Team.
Both roles will focus upon active delivery to the squad at various levels of the programme. In conjunction with colleagues within the Performance Department (Medical Team, Strength & Conditioning Team, and Applied Science & Research Team), successful candidates will work collaboratively to help establish an effective approach to athlete preparation and injury management, as well as the treatment and return to performance process in order to support the team to deliver their objectives within the Premiership and in Europe in 2019/20 and beyond.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
A qualification at degree level (or equivalent) in physiotherapy and/or medicine
Relevant professional body accreditation
Extensive experience in delivering physiotherapy and rehabilitation services in elite team sports.
Excellent (demonstrable) practical and clinical delivery skills
Masters Degree or PhD in relevant physiotherapy/medical fields
Experience of working in different team sports including contact/collision sports.
